Attached is Request for Lease Proposal 57-36027-27-FA (RLP), for leashold interest in real property - general-purpose office and related space in Millbrook, Dutchess County, New York.  The RLP includes all leasing requirements and specifications. OFFER SUBMISSION DEADLINE All offers must be submitted not later than the due time and date specified in the RLP.  Offers received after that deadline will be considered late and may be rejected under FAR 15.208(a-b), which mandates submission by the specified time and generally exludes late proposals unless limited exceptions apply. SOLICITATION NOTICE PERIOD This solicitation is posted in accordance with GSAM 570.103 UNSOLICITED OFFERS Unsolicited offers must be within the delineated Area Place of Performance and not involve a location within a floodplain.  The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offers that fails to meet these criteria or is submitted outside the solicitation period.
