Acquisition of an Employee Recognition IT Solution

BDC wishes to acquire an employee recognition IT solution to further foster a culture of appreciation and engagement across the organization, including implementation and post-implementation services, which are described below. This call for tender also includes an optional recognition program for research participants. The solution must be a standard Software as a Service (SaaS) offering and must be able to connect with other cloud or on-premises applications where applicable and provide a user interface available in both English and French.  Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
