Space: Parking Parking Spaces:  27 Reserved Term: 5 Years Total 2 years firm The U.S. Government intends to award lease, using Full and Open Competition for 27 Reserved Parking Spaces in Savannah, GA based on economic, mission and other factors.  The parking spaces must be in close proximity to the Tomochichi Federal Courthouse in Savannah, GA (see delineated area map). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year floor plain.
