This is an Amendment to COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 36C25726Q0755. See below for the details pertaining to the Solicitation Amendment and attachments. This COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION is for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25726Q0755 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Mobile PET/CT Lease. This solicitation is issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, with the associated NAICS code of 532490, which has a small business size standard of $40 Million.
