The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Human Resources Administration (HRA) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the provision of Emergency Heavy Duty Residential Cleaning Services (PIN: 25BSEAP01201/EPIN: 06925B0001). This Competitive Sealed Bid (RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York Citys online procurement portal on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
