First evaluations: All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 31 March 2024, by 2:00pm EST/EDT to be included in the first evaluations. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST/EDT will be place in a queue for evaluation.
The Procurement Strategy is to refresh supply arrangement E60PQ-140003 to fulfill requirements as described in the RFSA.
