All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 9, 2026 at 14:00. All bids submitted after 14:00 will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide, on an “as and when requested” Task Authorization basis, services related to High and Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Systems, including: Stream 1: Thermographic infrared and visual inspections; Stream 2: Preventive electrical maintenance; and Stream 3: Approved extra work. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) and applies to multiple buildings across the National Capital Region, as detailed in Appendix A of the Annex Statement of Work.
