This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  This procurement is under Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 532289 . An Offeror’s submission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
