Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Correction Services Canada has a requirement to provide the labour, materials, products, equipment, and services necessary for the replacement of aging Condensing Units and existing R22 refrigerant at 3 different buildings within the Dorchester Penitentiary This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following range: between $1,000,001 to $5, 000,000 ( HST included). Bid Security will be required in Phase two. Work to be completed within 48 weeks of award date. This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers.
