Point of contact: Contract Specialist: Jason Perez, Santa Rita, GU; email: jason.q.perez.civ@us.navy.mil Contract Specialist: Rafael Battung, Santa Rita, GU; email: rafaeleladio.m.battung.civ@us.navy.mil Contracting Officer: Patrick Collins, Santa Rita, GU; email: patrick.p.collins.civ@us.navy.mil Codes for services or supplies: Product Service Code (PSC): W039 Lease or Rental of Equipment - Materials Handling Equipment North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing Description: NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas (Guam) has a requirement for scissor lift, boom lift and crane rentals in support of naval Mobile Contraction Battalion One (NMCB ONE).  The prospective vendor shall be responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and prompt replacement of the following functional equipment: Two (2) scissor lifts (minimum 33ft.) Two (2) Articulating Boom Lift (minimum 45ft platform height). One (1) Crane (minimum lift capacity: 50-ton) The period of performance will range from two (2) to five (5) months depending on the specific equipment item. All equipment must comply with strict safety regulations, and the contractor must provide a 24-hour breakdown response or replacement time. The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation for a firm-fixed-price contract sometime in June. Additional Information: This notice is NOT a request for proposals. The solicitation, when issued, will be available electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website. All responsible and eligible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, in response to the subsequent solicitation, which will be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments.
