Marine and shipbuilding procurement is one of Canada's most strategically significant categories, managed through CanadaBuys and the National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS). PSPC oversees contracts ranging from $100,000 vessel repair tasks to multi-billion-dollar warship construction programs at designated NSS shipyards Irving Shipbuilding, Seaspan, and Chantier Davie.
