This competitive procurement is for eWIC Electronic Benefits Transaction (EBT) Services. WA WIC manages and authorizes WIC benefits for eligible individuals and families through the WIC Cascades System. Through an interface with WIC Cascades, the current Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) system receives accurate, updated vendor and client benefits information. WIC EBT provides transaction data and real-time benefit balances and account changes to WIC Cascades.
