Amendment 0001 Summary The purpose of this amendment is to: Revise the NAICS code from  441227 – Motorcycle, ATV, and All Other Motor Vehicle Dealers , with a small business size standard of  $40 million , to  811114 – Specialized Automotive Repair , with a small business size standard of  $9 million ; Revise the Product Service Code from  2340 – Motorcycles, Motor Scooters, and Bicycles  to  J023 – Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment: Ground Effect Vehicles, Motor Vehicles, Trailers, and Cycles ; and Revise the transportation and place of performance requirements to clarify that the Government may provide delivery and pickup of the UTVs when the Contractor’s facility is located within 50 miles driving distance of TRACEN Cape May. For Contractor facilities located more than 50 miles driving distance from TRACEN Cape May, the Contractor shall provide pickup of the UTVs from TRACEN Cape May and return delivery upon completion of the work at no additional cost to the Government. Offerors located more than 50 miles driving distance from TRACEN Cape May must include confirmation in their quotation that pickup and return delivery are included in the total firm-fixed price. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. Solicitation number 67100PR260037625 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), request for Maintenance and Repair service for 4 Polaris UTVs for the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) Cape May, located at 1 Munro Avenue, Cape May, NJ 08204. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 Effective Date 03/13/2026. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811114, with a small business size standard of $9M.   Product Service Code is J023. Submission of offers . Submit signed and dated offers to the office specified in this solicitation at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. As a minimum, offers shall include— (1) The solicitation number. (2) The name, address, telephone number of the Offeror. (3) The Offeror’s Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) (4) Information necessary to evaluate the factors contained in the provision at 52.212-2 (5) Responses to provisions that require Offeror completion of information, representations, and certifications (other than those collected via the System for Award Management (SAM)); and (6) A statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments. Period for acceptance of offers. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. The U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) Cape May is seeking to procure Maintenance and Repair service for 4 Polaris UTVs for the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) Cape May, located at 1 Munro Avenue, Cape May, NJ 08204. Offerors are required to provide prices for all items/CLINs. A zero-dollar figure ($0.00) unit price means the offeror shall provide the service/supply at no charge to the Government. Unit prices left blank or annotated with something other than a dollar figure will be considered unacceptable. Additional Repairs If, during inspection, disassembly, or repair of the UTV, the Contractor identifies additional repairs not included in the original quoted price, the Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer (KO) and provide a written estimate describing the additional work, associated parts, labor, and cost. The Contractor shall not proceed with the additional repairs until receiving written authorization from the KO. The Government is not obligated to pay for repairs or services performed without prior written authorization from the Contracting Officer.
