Webcast Services OSFI

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada (OSFI), is soliciting offers for professional webcast production services under solicitation 59017-25-0007. Services support virtual, hybrid, and in-person events for internal and external audiences. Services may include webcast planning and coordination, registration and login support, technical testing, live streaming, audio/video production, simultaneous interpretation support, accessibility services including CART/live captioning and sign language integration, post-event recordings, reporting, and final webcast deliverables. The Contractor will provide required personnel, platforms, equipment, and technical resources in English and French. The resulting contract will be Task Authorization based until March 31, 2027, with up to four additional one-year option periods. Security requirements apply.
