U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Detention Center (FDC) SeaTac 2425 South 200th Street SeaTac, WA 98198 May 29, 2026 (i) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15B61126Q00000014 is issued as a Request for Quotation for Various Weekly Dairy and Bread items. Please read it in its entirety. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 424430 with a size standard of 200 employees. (ii) The following items are required: Various Subsistence items for the Federal Detention Center, SeaTac, WA, as detailed in the solicitation. Attachment A – BRQ 15B61126Q00000014 (iii) This solicitation is expected to result in a single award, or multiple awards, of a firm-fixed price contract(s) for Various Weekly Dairy and Bread items. Far 52.212-2 Evaluation Factors (APR 2026) applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors outlined below and detailed in Attachment C – Evaluation Factors and Award Information , will be used to evaluate offers: Price – The government will evaluate the Offeror’s proposed price to ensure it is fair and reasonable; and Past Performance – Past performance information shall include prior experience and similar performances undertaken by the contractor; and Technical – In the form of Product Offered (Identify the Product Brand or Manufacturer). (iv) TERMS OF DELIVERY ARE WEEKLY F.O.B. DESTINATION BEGINNING July 1, 2026 , AND ENDING September 30, 2026 , BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 A.M. PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (PST) and 1:00 P.M. PST. NO DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
