All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 5th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. There will be a site visit on April 23rd, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. There is a security requirement to attend. Please refer to SI19 of the Invitation to Tender for more information. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), commonly known as Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), requires a General Contractor to provide construction Services for the replacement of 2000A, 600V, 3 pole, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) in the UPS Room, located at 455 boulevard de la Carrière Gatineau, Quebec.
