The existing vehicles (EE1321380 and EE1321381) have reached six (6) years of service life and are experiencing recurring corrective maintenance failures with limited parts availability. Additionally, DCVAMC FMS Grounds will no longer receive GSA-sourced pickup trucks, creating a gap in ground transportation and material-handling capacity that these UTVs are required to fill. All vehicles shall comply with applicable EPA emission standards for diesel non-road engines.
