Full Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division, Crane, IN 47522 has a requirement for Depot Reutilization, Repair, Refubishment, Technical Assistance, Cable Manufacturing, and Obsolescence Management of Legacy Electronic Systems in support of Navy Tactical Computer Resource (NTCR). This requirement is planned as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) solicitation for a period of ten (10) years for US Navy and Foreign Military Sales in the 4th quarter of FY 2026 with anticipated award being in the 2nd quarter of FY 2027 at an estimated value of $49 Million. This effort is a follow-on to contract N00164-18-D-WP41. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.1. Delivery is required as FOB Destination. Contractors must be properly registered in both Sam.gov and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments.
