Items to be delivered duty paid (DDP) to Sainte-Catherine, Bécancour, and Montreal Quebec, , for the 2026 Arctic Sealift. This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to and services performed in Resolute Bay, Eureka, Naujaat / Repulse Bay, Kugluktuk, Coral Harbour and Alert, Nunavut.
