U89 PAC 03 and PAC 04 Replacement

25-58316 U89 PAC 03 and PAC 04 Replacement 2320 Lester Road Building U89 Ottawa, Ontario OBJECTIVE: The two roof top ventilation units have surpassed their life-expectancy and require replacement. We will be replacing the two ventilation units for similar units with a higher efficiency and a few nuances. One unit will incorporate a heat recovery capacity allowing us to capture the washroom exhaust to supplement the heating demand. BACKGROUND: The ventilation units are original to the building, one unit original to the original building from 1977 and the other original to the additional from approximately 2001. One unit no longer operates and the other unit operates inefficiently when load is applied. Therefore, replacement is required. TASKS AND DELIVERABLES: Demolish two roof top units and remove from site Provide new openings to accommodate the change in size of ventilation Provide new steel structure to support PAC04 c/w roof top curbs (both PAC03 & 04) Install new roof top units Ventilation network needs modification from PAC03 Complete ventilation connections Tie in to BAS Provide new F/A device for PAC04
