The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires an EMCCD detector to enable high-speed operation of a pyramid wavefront sensor in an adaptive optics system on a 1.2 m telescope. This detector will enhance Herzberg Astronomy and Astrophysics (HAA) capacity for advanced research and contribute to improved research outcomes.
