RFP Osborne Head Coastal Stabilization Option Analysis and Conceptual Design

The response time deadline is 14:00 EDT. PSPC requires an options analysis to be completed at the Department of National Defence (DND) property located in Osborne Head in relation to climate change-driven coastal hazards that pose growing risk to shoreline stability, critical infrastructure, and long-term operability of the site. The proposed work shall comprise of an options analysis and conceptual design for coastal stabilization at Osborne Head, with nature based solutions prioritized where possible. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation of offers process.
