The Washington State Office of the Secretary of State, Information Security & Response Division (OSOS), is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors interested in participating in a project to reach voters across the state through strategic media buys and multilingual placements that have meaningful reach to raise awareness of election messaging.
