The Department of the Air Force, AFMC AFTC/PZIOA at Eglin AFB, FL, is soliciting quotes for a one-time commercial floor and restroom deep cleaning service for  Building 100 . This competitive acquisition is being conducted as a  100% Small Business Set-Aside  under the  Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 (Commercial Acquisitions) . Scope of Work The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform a comprehensive deep clean of designated facility areas within a  30-day Period of Performance (PoP) . The primary tasks include: Carpet Cleaning:  Deep hot-water extraction of approximately  7,409 Square Feet (SF)  of commercial carpet. Tile & Grout Floor Scrubbing:  Deep cleaning and sanitization (no seal) of approximately  4,642 SF  of tiled restrooms and hallways. Tile Wall Restoration:  Deep scrubbing of approximately  3,046 SF  of tiled restroom walls. Restroom Fixtures:  Detailed sanitization and cleaning of  16 miscellaneous fixtures  (including exterior vents and trash dispensers).
