Full Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0060426Q4057 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for  Annual Preventative Maintenance and Calibration Services for Command Navy Region Hawaii Fuel’s Department in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS) herein.  This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted, sole source to Ayalytical Instruments, INC, redacted Sole Source Justification and Approval (J&A) is attached.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) request quotes for the following: CLIN 0001: Preventative Maintenance, Calibration, Installation and Certification Services of Ayalytical Equipment QTY: 1 U/I: GRP Attachments: Attachment 1: PWS Attachment 2:  FAR Provisions & Clauses Attachment 3: Redacted J&A Period of performance : 07 August 2026 – 06 August 2027.           EVALUATION : Procedures in FAR Subpart 12.203 are applicable to this procurement. The submission of a quote will be determined as an affirmative statement that the quoter has the ability to perform and takes no exception to the PWS.  Evaluation will be based on technical (capability of the products or services offered to meet the agency’s needs), price, and past performance. QUESTIONS DUE : 1:00 PM HST (Hawaii Standard Time) on Monday, 03 August 2026. Questions shall be submitted electronically to erin.r.chapman1.civ@us.navy.mil.  Oral queries will not be accepted. Emails sent to this address shall clearly reference the RFQ N0060426Q4057 in the subject line. Other methods of submitting questions will not be acknowledged or addressed.  Questions submitted after the due date and time may not be accepted. Since the submittal of questions may result in amendments to the RFQ, it is imperative that questions be submitted as soon as possible. RFQ CLOSE : 10:00 AM HST on Wednesday, 05 August 2026. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to erin.r.chapman1.civ@us.navy.mil. Oral communication will not be accepted in response to this notice.
