Annual Preventive Maintenance and Calibration for Naval Fuel Department Equipment

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0060426Q4057 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for  Annual Preventative Maintenance and Calibration Services for Command Navy Region Hawaii Fuel’s Department in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS) herein.  This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted, sole source to Ayalytical Instruments, INC, redacted Sole Source Justification and Approval (J&A) is attached.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) request quotes for the following: CLIN 0001: Preventative Maintenance, Calibration, Installation and Certification Services of Ayalytical Equipment QTY: 1 U/I: GRP Attachments: Attachment 1: PWS Attachment 2:  FAR Provisions & Clauses Attachment 3: Redacted J&A Period of performance : 07 August 2026 – 06 August 2027.           EVALUATION : Procedures in FAR Subpart 12.203 are applicable to this procurement. The submission of a quote will be determined as an affirmative statement that the quoter has the ability to perform and takes no exception to the PWS.  Evaluation will be based on technical (capability of the products or services offered to meet the agency’s needs), price, and past performance.
