This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation.  This is a request for quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C25026Q0730. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. The VA feels only Nasco Healthcare (OEM) and their Authorized distributors, GTSimulators and Universal Medical Inc, can provide this requirement.
