Henrico County, VA on behalf of itself and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of receiving proposals to enter into a multi-year Master Agreement for Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Intelligent Automation Solutions for Government through the GovMVMT Purchasing Cooperative.
