AMENDMENT 0001 Contractors must acknowledge the amendment by submitting as part of their quote. Contractor's must fill out SF 30 Section 8 and 15 (a-c). See attached Questions and Responses to contractor's questions. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Underground Storage Tank (UST) Compliance Services at Miramar National Cemetery, San Diego, CA. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees to perform service requirements include; conduct state mandated underground fuel storage tank inspections, leak monitoring certification, overfill prevention, and training. This requirement is restricted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government contemplates award a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four 4 options. The Offeror agrees to hold prices in its offer firm for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the closing date of the solicitation. SITE VISIT: August 10, 2026, at 10:00AM PST. Meet at the Administrative Building. Location: Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122. Due to the room size limitations, offerors are encouraged to notify the Contracting Officer of their plan to attend. Any questions must be submitted via email by August 12, 2026, at 2PM PST to: Roberto.escobedo@va.gov. All questions responses will be addressed via an amendment to the Solicitation. No questions will be accepted after the due date. Quote Submission Instructions : Offeror's must comply with the instructions of the solicitation and provide all required documentation.
