The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the procurement of Emergency Escape  Breathing Devices (EEBDs) and associated shipping to Key West, FL. This procurement is structured  as a brand name or equal requirement for Ocenco Incorporated products. Offerors proposing "equal"  products must provide sufficient technical documentation to demonstrate that their product meets  the salient characteristics of the specified make and model. 2.
