REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PERFORM UTILITY ALLOWANCE ANALYSIS FOR LOW INCOME

The Washington State Housing Finance Commission (the “Commission”) is requesting submissions in response to this Request for Proposals from firms with experience conducting analysis on utility allowance types and methods for federally-funded multifamily rental housing. The purpose is for a consultant to analyze requests for alternate utility allowance methods to be used in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties in Washington State.
