This action is to establish a contract for the acquisition of the F-16 Aircraft Ejection Seat, also known as the Ejection Seat Shell. The Government intends to award a single definitive contract for the acquisition of the F-16 Aircraft Ejection Seat. This sole source effort will be awarded IAW RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Collins Aerospace (CAGE 13499) . The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item. The particulars of this definitive contract are as follows: NSN: 1680-01-473-8222 P/N: J114936-547 Noun: F-16 Aircraft Ejection Seat Required delivery: 90 Days ARO Contract Award Quantity: 2 Each Request for Quote (RFQ) SPRWA1-26-Q-0020 is estimated to be posted within 15 days after the close of this synopsis. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
