Rideau Committee Room-Elevator Modernization

PWGSC is inviting bids for the Modernization and upgrades of 2 passenger elevators to comply with CSA code requirements. Work to include installation of new elevator cab communication system and camera, mechanical room cooling system, interior cab finishes and smoke detectors; as well as maintenance work in elevator pit in Ottawa, ON. A mandatory site visit, security clearance, bid security, and subcontractor and supplier information are required. Attendees should hold a valid Secret security clearance. Those without clearance will be screened for access. Submit attendees’ full legal names, dates of birth and company names to the Contracting Authority by August 05th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Attendees must bring valid government-issued photo identification. The solicitation documents are available through SAP Ariba.
