The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Walla Walla District is seeking business sources for a supply contract entitled: Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) and Snowplow Attachments for Dworshak National Fish Hatchery. The work involves the supply, delivery, functional testing, and operator training for two (2) new UTVs, two (2) snowplow attachments, and associated spare parts to the Dworshak National Fish Hatchery located in Orofino, Idaho. The associated small business size standard is $40 Million. This sources-sought announcement is a tool to identify concerns with the capability to accomplish the work. This is not a solicitation. Only those companies which respond to this announcement by submitting the requested information (items one through four) will be used in determining whether to set aside this requirement. Capability Statement: Provide a statement expressing interest in this requirement and capability of performing a contract of this scope. Include confirmation that your company can supply current-year standard factory models without unauthorized third-party drivetrain/chassis modifications. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, equipment, transportation, installation of attachments, and training necessary to deliver fully functional, field-ready units.
