This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product/service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  This solicitation number is 75N98026Q00470 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).  The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 October 1, 2025. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 541511 with a size standard $134. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part Subpart 13.5. The purpose of this requirement is to maintain uninterrupted access to a mature, validated software platform that directly supports NCATS research objectives in translational science and preclinical therapeutic development. The software contributes to the NCATS mission by helping investigators more efficiently identify promising chemical matter, evaluate biological relevance, and advance discovery efforts toward potential interventions for human diseases and conditions. COMMITMENT OF PUBLIC FUNDS The Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with the proposed acquisition.  Any other commitment, either explicit or implied, is invalid.
