Reissue of Request for Standing Offers. This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number WS560332559 dated 2026-03-26 with a closing of 2026-05-05 at 14:00 EDT. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide maintenance and repairs of Medium Support Vehicle System (MSVS) Militarized Commercial off the Shelf (MILCOTs). The requirement is “as and when required” for the provision of all labour, parts, and equipment necessary for the diagnostic, repair, and refurbishment services of the MSVS MILCOT – Navistar Internationals 7400 (SFA 6x6) and/or International WorkStar from 2009 to Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden, Technical Services. The requirement includes two (2) streams (Stream 1 All Suppliers and Stream 2 Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business). Streams will be evaluated separately, with the lowest priced offer for each stream issued a Standing Offer.
