DSSC; Combating Trafficking in Person

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide answers to questions received from industry. No other changes were made. The Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Program Office requires Subject Matter Expertise for CTIP professional training development and to provide support at the program and policy level services that align and comply with NSPD-22, NDAA, and DoWI 2200.01 to meet the CTIP Program Office’s daily mission requirements and strategic future. Award will be made to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable  (LPTA) offer, at a price that the Government has determined to be fair and reasonable. Technical acceptability will be based on an Offeror's ability to meet the requirements of the PWS and delivery schedule. Unacceptable- Quote does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of this RFQ. Please insure your company is currently registered in SAM.gov. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed nonresponsive and will not be evaluated.
