Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to update the required specifications and extend the required submission date to 18 August 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to remove required delivery date and extend the required submissions date to 05 August 2026 at 1200. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to correct specifications, update required delivery date, designate the priority rating of this procurement as DO-C9 rated order, and extend the required submission date to July 23, 2026 at 1200.  Amendment 0001 The purspose of this amendment is to revise from Brand Name only to Brand Name or Equal to as specified in the attached combined syn/sol Rev 01 pdf. The RFQ closing date is extended as a result.  All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.  The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) requires the procurement of a Black Box Server on a brand name basis, no substitutions allowed, as detialed in the attached Notice.
