Place of Contract Performance:  The place/range of delivery/redelivery is Pearl Harbor, HI  (USA). The layday(s) commences on 01 September 2026 and cancels on 30 September 2026. Owners/Offerors shall indicate a five-day layday window between commencing and cancelling dates. The period of performance will be about 365 days. Set-aside Status:  Total Small Business Set-Aside .
