Place of Contract Performance:  The place/range of delivery is Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece); and the place/range of redelivery is Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Piraeus, Greece).  The laydays commence 29 June 2026 and cancel 30 June 2026, and the period of performance will be about 80 days. Set-aside Status:  N/A.  The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.  The Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
