ESA Medical, Psychological, and Psychiatric Consultative Services

The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) administers multiple programs throgh Economic Services Administration (ESA). The ESA divisions currently using these services are Community Services Division (CSD) and Division of Disability Determination Services (DDDS). The purpose of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to expand the list of qualified, contracted physicians to perform medical or psychological services for the DSHS clients who apply for these benefits.
