The Bank is seeking proposals from qualified Service Providers to deliver Research and Advisory Services across Information Technology Services, Data and Digital Services, Human Resources, and Financial Services, as well as additional subject areas that may be identified throughout the duration of the agreement.  The Bank requires access to diagnostic tools, templates and key research as well as live consultations and advisory services.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
