NOTICE TO GOVERNMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVES: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The 35th Operations Support Squadron is seeking qualified vendors who are capable of supplying Inflatable Training Decoys. This requirement requires direct shipping to Misawa Air Base. Please see attached RFQ and SOO for additional details. Performance Requirements: - Must be radar significant - Must be IR significant - True to size for the requested systems - Include gasoline powered generators or blowers that inflate and power decoy for at least 6 hours - Ability to be transported in the bed of a pick-up truck Quantity and System Type: Mandatory: 1x SA21 Fire Control Radar Tombstone 2x SA21 Erected Target Engagement Launder 1x SA21 Transport Target Engagement Launcher 1x C2 Vehicle 2x CSA16 Target Engagement Radar 3x CSA16 Target Engagement Launcher 1x CSA12 Threat Launcher 1x CSA6 Optional: 2x Patriot Launcher 1x Patriot FC Radar 2x C2 Vehicle - Award will be made on an all-or-none basis to a fully qualified source that represents the best value to the government. CLIN 0010, 0011, 0012 may be executed based on funds availability. • All RFQs submitted must include prices for all CLINs. If the option CLINs are executed, contractor must comply with initial agreed price for each item from time of award. Delivery of the added items shall continue at the same rate as the like items called for under the contract, unless the parties otherwise agree.
