This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ( “Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026-RFP-7-Road & Weather Information System (RWIS) and Operation Maintenance Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The objective is to establish an Agreement for the following Work in support of the Road and Weather Information System (RWIS) reporting, customized local weather forecasts and annual maintenance of the Niagara Region owned RWIS and Weather stations.
