The Metro Vancouver Regional District (the “Corporation”) invites Proposals for RFP No. RFP No. 26-0294 Group Benefits and Actuarial Valuation Consulting Services The Corporation is seeking a consultant to support the strategic and ongoing management of its employee benefit plans, including annual post-employment benefit disclosures, for a three-year term starting October 1, 2026, with a possible extension. The plans cover approximately 2,185 employees across three groups and include standard health, dental, life, and disability benefits, supported by two insurance providers.
