Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide a question and answer document. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide coordinates for the fence removal units. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to revise Attachment 2 Fence Removal Specifications. If applicable, a question and answer document will be posted to SAM.gov after the questions are due. All offers due no later than July 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Email offers to Ashley.Stoltzfus@usda.gov This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation number 12444326Q0037 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Monongahela National Forest - Fence Removal. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 115310. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
