Lucky Peak Nursery New Greenhouse

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0137 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for construction of a new headhouse building, construction of a new Greenhouse building, the post-fire repairs of the existing greenhouse building, and site support work at the Lucky Peak Nursery site in Boise, Idaho. An option item for a warehouse building is included. See the SOW for more information. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220 The small business size standard is $45 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
