South County – West Phase – 69kV Transmission Line

The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) requires a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment to construct a new transmission line with distribution under build in Winlock, Washington in accordance with the plans and specifications contained herein. This project is for the West section of line to be tied into the new North Military substation; line originates at North Military Rd and spans west 2.2 miles to Kerron Ave.
