Also, to clarify that no site visit will be held. ___ The 156th Wing, at the Muniz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico intends to issue a Request for Quotes conducted under the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures for commercial services to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, fuel and any other needed materials and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished items, to safely excavate, remove, and replace three (3) failing main water distribution valves located at a depth of 4 to 7 feet on the installation. The project includes site preparation, excavation, valve installation, backfilling, and site restoration to maintain the integrity of the base water distribution system. Work shall be in accordance to drawings contained in the Statement of Works (SOW) incorporated in this solicitation.  Contract completion time is 30 calendar days after receipt of contract to include inspection and punch lists.
