The Project will focus on the Northern Corridor as defined above, consistent with the Arctic Infrastructure Fund. This Project is intended as a high-level assessment to inform strategic policy and planning decisions. The work will rely primarily on public information and that provided by Transport Canada, as well as stakeholder consultations. The Project does not include detailed engineering analysis, site-specific design, primary data collection, field investigations, or asset-level condition assessments.
