Replacement of Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS)

PWGSC, on behalf of Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) plans to replace the end of life Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) in order to modernize perimeter protection. The new system will improve detection reliability and accuracy and will be fully integrated with the new Security Management System (SMS) and Genetec Security Center, enabling centralized alarm management and real time video monitoring located in Donnacona, Québec as detailed in the bid solicitation.
